Within 60 days of purchasing the item, we are happy to exchange (one time per item) or refund an item if the size does not work or you are not totally satisfied. Remember, in order to do so, the product must be clean (and in resalable condition), the original tags must be attached and it must be received by us within 60 days from the date on the receipt. Here are the instructions to do so:
1. Click on the link below and fill out the form online. This form needs to be completed for ALL returns and exchanges. Packages that are received without a completed form may cause a delay in processing time.
2. Put the item(s) in a box or shipping envelope. Please include a copy of the receipt (especially if purchased at an event) or a printed copy of the completed Google document. If a receipt isn’t available, a screenshot of the debit/credit card transaction will suffice. A note included in the package to indicate what you would like to do with the item is also helpful! Be sure your name and address are clearly visible in order for us to identify the return.

*Basic return- Within 60 days of purchasing the item, if you are not completely satisfied, once the item is returned in its original condition with tags attached, you will be refunded for the purchase price of the item itself. This does not include original shipping costs nor tax.
*You want something different - If it happens to be an exchange because you would enjoy a different product or the sizing isn’t what you expected, you will be responsible to return the product to us at your own expense. We will process the exchange and then get the new item to you! Please check our online store to be sure that the color/size combination that you want in exchange actually exists or is available. If the item was purchased on sale at an event and you don’t see it online, a refund will be processed, unless exchange for other item is specified.
*Mistake by Ragnar - If the product you received was incorrect or damaged, we will reimburse the original shipping amount once the item is returned (shipping price MUST be printed on the label for refund to be given), damage verified and processed.
